By Catalfo Photography & Media Usage Agreement
We love seeing how you showcase By Catalfo in your beautiful stores and online channels. To help you market our collections effectively while protecting the hard work of our creative teams, photographers, and models, please review our simple image usage guidelines below.

By downloading and using our brand imagery, you agree to the following terms:

1. What You Can Do (Approved Uses)

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our official brand photography to promote and sell By Catalfo products. You are encouraged to use these images on:

Your boutique’s official website and e-commerce store.
Your official social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
Your email newsletters.
In-store digital displays or printed signage.

2. Image Guidelines (Keep it Beautiful)

To maintain a consistent brand presentation across all markets, we ask that you respect the integrity of the photography:

No Heavy Alterations: Please do not apply heavy filters, alter the colours of the garments, or significantly distort the images. The fabric colors must accurately represent the product.
Cropping: Minor cropping to fit social media grids (like a 4:5 Instagram crop) is perfectly fine, provided it doesn't cut out the core focus of the product or distort the image.

3. Tagging & Credits

Whenever you post our imagery on social media, please tag our official handle: @bycatalfo. This helps customers learn more about the brand story and fabric benefits.

4. What Is Not Allowed

No Third-Party Sharing: You may not sell, lease, or give these images to any third party, marketplace, or other retailers.
No Paid Advertising Without Permission: If you wish to use our official imagery for paid digital ads (like Meta Ads or Google Ads), please reach out to us for written permission first.
No Misrepresentation: Images may only be used to promote genuine By Catalfo stock. They cannot be used next to promote competing sleepwear brands.
